Terms & Conditions

1) All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangable.

2) NO changes or cancellation of orders are allowed after confirmation is made.

3) NO bargaining for discounts and rushing of items otherwise warning will be given. (3 Warning = Blacklist)

4) Items may turn out different from the pictures. Order at your own discretion!

5) *Wink* will NOT be held responsible for any problems/sensitively issues resulting from the use of the products.

6) All order confirmation STRICTLY by wink-mall@hotmail.com EMAIL & SMS by 91640164! Please DO NOT make payment if payment is request by any other E-mail to avoid being Scammed.

7) *Wink* does NOT hold responsibility for any loss of mail occuring in the process of sending should buyer opt for normal mail. Therefore, registered mail is highly recommended.

8) *Wink* reserve the right to reject any orders from anyone without any reasons.

9) *Wink* will NOT be responsible if payment is transfered to the wrong account

10) *Wink* reserve the rights to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice


Additional T&C for Spree & Pre-Order

11) *Wink* shall NOT be liable for any mistakes, defects, damanges or wrongly sent item made by the seller / suppiler / merchant.

12) Batch order will end early or later depending on the response.

13) No Payment = No Order applies to everyone.

14) All payment MUST be made before Pre-Order / Spree payment cut-off date otherwise No Order and warning will be given.

15) Full refund will ONLY be made if items are Out Of Stock.

16) Spree Items will arrive after 2 - 4 weeks or even later after the payment is made to the Merchant. Please DO NOT order if you can't wait.

17) *Wink* reserve the rights to Extend or Cancel any spree if respond is poor, and refund will be made as soon as possible.

18) Any delay or unforeseen circumstances happen at merchant's & cutoms side, please do not blame *Wink* as we are just Spree holder (middle-man) not the seller.
