In-Stock

Step 1:
Choose the Item you want to purchase and fill up *Wink* Order form.
Please be 100% sure that there's no mistake in the Order form
to prevent wrong item sent.

Step 2:
*Wink* will send you a confirmation E-mail within 48 hours of receiving
your Order Form and advise you the total Amount and details for Payment.
You are required to make Payment and inform *Wink* about the Payment details.

Step 3:
*Wink* will then Confirm your Payment and Send out your orders within 3 days
if you opt for postage. Or fix a time with you for self collection meetup

Note: Cash On Delivery is Possible for Mask Orders. ^^


Pre-Order

Step 1:
Choose the Item you want to pre-order and fill up *Wink* Order form.
Please be 100% sure that there's no mistake in the Order form
to prevent wrong item sent.

Step 2:
*Wink* will send you a confirmation E-mail within 48 hours of receiving
your Order Form and advise you the total Amount and details for Payment.
You are required to make Payment and inform *Wink* about the Payment details.

Step 3:
*Wink* will then Confirm your Payment.

Step 4:
After Pre-Order arrive (Which takes 3 days ~ max. 2 weeks)
*Wink* will send out your orders within 3 days if you opt for postage
OR fix a time with you for self collection meetup.


Spree

Step 1:
Choose the Item you want to pre-order and fill up *Wink* Order form.
Please be 100% sure that there's no mistake in the Order form
to prevent wrong item sent.

Step 2:
*Wink* will send you a confirmation E-mail within 48 hours of receiving
your Order Form and advise you the total Amount and details for Payment.
You are required to make Payment and inform *Wink* about the Payment details.

Step 3:
*Wink* will then Confirm your Payment.

Step4:
After Spree Close, Seller will advise *Wink* on Out Of Stock Items,
*Wink* will email customers whom items are out of stock.
*Wink* will then E-mail all Spree-ers the approx. waiting time and tracking
number after seller shipped out the stuffs.

Step 5:
After Spree Item arrive (Which takes 2 weeks ~ max. 2 months)
*Wink* will send out your orders within 3 days if you opt for postage
OR fix a time with you for self collection meetup.

6 Items and above - We will advise you the Local postage Rates when confirming order.
Exceed 2kg - Please refer to Local Speedpost Rates below.

Additional Charge of SG$2.50 is applicable for Registered Mail.

Additional SG$1 - SG$2 for Bulky Items / Fragile Items
that requires extra protection when posting.
