Q1. It's my first time ordering from *Wink*, how do i place my order?

Q2. Do you ship worldwide?

Ans: Yes. We do ship worldwide.


Q3. Which currency are your Item price at?

Ans: In-Stock and Pre-Order items are priced in SGD (Singapore Dollar)


Q4. What are your exchange rates?

Ans: Exchange rate are stated in *Wink* exchange rate.


Q5. Do you offer any discount or free gift?

Ans: Yes! Discount and Free Gift will be stated next to the Item if available.


Q6. Is there any Free Shipment if I purchase a certain amount and above?

Ans: Yes there is, Detail will be stated below the Items if Item is available for Free shipment


Q7. Which Payment Mode do you accept?

Ans: We accept POSB / DBS / UOB bank transfer and internet banking transfer for Local, Paypal for Overseas.


Q8. What are your shipping and Local Postage rates?

Ans: Shipping rate is stated here. Local Postage rates are stated here.


Q9. Why I did not receive any order confirmation email?

Ans: If you have placed an order but did not hear from us within the next 48 hours, please check you junk mail folder. Contact Us if you have not receive the order confirmation email.


Q10. Do you have a customer support?

Ans: Yes, we do. If you wish to have more informations or some help, please Contact Us


Q11. What is your duration for Pre-Order and Spree?

Ans: Pre-order will take around 3 days ~ 2 weeks depending on the Item. Spree will take 2 weeks ~ 2 months depending on the Seller. Estimated Duration wil be stated in Pre-Order / Spree Details in each post. Do NOT order if you can't wait.


Q12. Are the masks selling on per piece or box set?

Ans: All the masks are priced at per piece.


Q13. How do I check the Stocks Availablity for your In-stock Items?

Ans: We we have less then 10 available stock for that Item, we will state at the side of the Item how many is left.


Q14. Do you do meet-up for delivery of items?

Ans: Yes, but depends on Location and Timing. Self Collection Rates here for more Info.


Q15. Can I cancel my order once my payment is made?

Ans : No, Orders that have been successfully paid for are final. No cancellations or refunds are allowed. We appreciate your understanding.


Q16. One of the item that I received is damaged, can I get a refund or exchange?

Ans: Sorry, We will not be responsible for items damages through mail. Quality check will be performed before the items are sent out.


Q17. For In-Stock when can I get the items after I made the payment if i opt for postage?

Ans: Once we received your payment, we will send your item within 3 working days. And you will receive the item around 2-3 days via normal or registered mail.


Q18. Do you Supply?

Q19. What is Buying Agent Service?

Ans: We can help get stuffs from Taiwan, China, Korea and Japan but there will be Agent Fees incurred. More Info here.


Q20. I want to take part in Taiwan Spree, but I can't read Chinese!

Ans: We have Free Personal Shopper service for customers who wanted to take part in Taiwan spree but can't read chinese. More info here.
